Clean & Lean

The Fitness Studio of Annapolis and Peggy Greenwell, Certified Health Coach have teamed up to offer you a unique program of individualized fitness training, meal planning, and health coaching.         

Our 6-Week Clean and Lean Program is a 1-on-1 weight loss program that combines fitness and strength training with eating a “clean” diet. This doesn’t mean spending half your day wanting to gnaw off your arm of munching on carrot sticks alone. You will be eating a variety of healthy, whole foods that will help you stay satisfied while reaching your goals.

And… the best part is that it’s all individualized and based on your needs, interests, and heath goals. This is not a “canned” program that is geared toward serving a “group” of people, all with different needs and interests.  We give you individualized attention and support you need to get the results you have been wanting for a very long time.

Program details

You receive:

2 (1) hour fitness/strength training sessions per week

Pre/post fitness assessment

6 5-day individualized meal plans (includes recipes, prep guide, and detailed shopping list)

2 1 hour health coaching sessions (1-on-1)

and ON-GOING SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY!

With the “Clean and Lean” Program, you can expect to:

    • Clean up your diet and focus on eating healthy and tasty food
    • Become more agile, centered, balanced, and stronger

  • Reduce your body weight and body fat, ensuring you look and feel better than ever!

All this value for the low price of –  $875.00 

[NOTE: 12 personal training sessions alone typically cost between $65-150 per hour costing between $780 – $1,800.  Clean and Lean also includes meal plans and coaching services for 6 weeks as part of the package.]

Once enrolled…

You will meet with your personal trainer and for a fitness assessment (pre-test), complete a meal assessment, and schedule your fitness and health coaching sessions.

ABOUT US:

The Fitness Studio of Annapolis has a long history of helping their clients with fitness training in a state of the art facility (914 Bay Ridge Rd., Suite 207 Annapolis, MD.) Fitness training is provided by experienced, certified personal trainers and offered in a small, friendly, environment.  It’s perfect for you if you don’t like crowds, don’t want to “compete” with the “gym rats” that take over all the machines in the gym, or you just need some help working on fitness plan that is designed for you.

Meal planning and health coaching sessions will be provided by Peggy Greenwell, Certified Health Coach.  She studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she learned a variety of dietary theories and practical Iifestyle coaching methods. Through one-on-one coaching, her clients have not only lost weight, but were also able to lose their “diabetes” diagnosis. She has supported others to successfully reach their health goals of sleeping better, having more energy, and generally become happy and healthy.
